Selects the APCO (Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials) Packet Data transmit mode for the current Conventional Personality.

(When the radio is model / option capable, and

when the Rx Voice / Signal Type is set to "ASTRO Mode" or "Mixed Mode", and

when the Secure Operation field is set to "Hardware", and

when the referenced Conventional System is not a "DVRS" System Type),

And

((when the Tactical Inhibit Enable field is "Enabled"),

Or

(when the referenced Conventional System has a valid referenced Data Profile selected, and

when the Terminal Data field in that Data Profile is "Enabled".))
